Welcome to Virginia
During our trip to North Carolina this week, we were caught in beneath a raincloud that hovered steadily over our heads for nearly 5 hours. Bruce was stuck driving, so I helped by taking pictures.
The rain started when we crossed the Virginia border.
..clouds gathered..
..then the deluge came.
..visibility was limited..
..when you're not driving through it, distracted by the possibility of instant death, the effect of lights through heavy rain is kind of colorful and impressionistic..
